Yesterday, we went early to Reading specifically to visit Fabric Land. I know the website isn't great, but the shops are fantastic; a pure Aladdin's cave of material. I always visit the one in Salisbury when I am singing at the cathedral, and the Reading store provided the material for my Sister-in-law's wedding dress.

I've decided that Victorian Torchwood is a go. I've always had a thing for Victorian tailoring, plus this has the added bonus that I can use the outfit at other times for general fancy dress or in a G&S (I wore my Dr Grace ballgown in one show).
